Congratulations!

We’d like to thank everyone for participating in our
‘’Photo Presentation Contest’’!

It was very difficult to choose the winners because
you all did a great job. We really enjoyed this event.
We hope you did, too. We’re already looking forward
to next year’s presentations. Try your best next time! J

Best Prize (Adults): Hiroshi Tanaka Teacher: Marcos

Beautiful scenery! The view of the Lake Yamanaka and
Mt. Fuji on the background is really breathtaking!!!
It makes me feel like going there right away!
The story of your passion for motorcycles and about
your first solo trip on two wheels were also really
interesting. Great to get to know that!!! Ride safe!

Second Best Prize (Adults): Mieko Yano and
Toshie Sasako Teacher: Matt

Mieko and Toshie are receiving a joint 2nd prize for
adults for their interesting and well-prepared
presentations about their travels. Mieko traveled
far to Morocco and Central Europe、and Toshie closer
to home to historical sites in Japan. Despite the
difference in miles traveled, both clearly conveyed
the details and interesting points of their trips.
Very well done!

Effort Prize (Adults): Kuniko Kuriki Teacher: Marcos

I’ve been interested in space and technology since
I was a little kid. This picture made me wonder
how advanced our technology is. Well, I must
confess I was really astonished by such a great
presentation you prepared. You even prepared a
presentation in Japanese. Amazing student! Really
top notch quality work! 🙂

Best Prize (Kids): Sera Tagami Teacher: Matt

Sera is receiving the 1st prize for kids for his
excellent preparation, confident delivery, and
heartwarming story about his dog. I love dogs,
so it didn’t hurt his chances that his dog is very cute!

Second Best Prize (Kids): Aoi Ohsawa Teacher: Marcos

You knew that I love motorcycles and that I
love riding them in the beautiful American
deserts like the one in this picture. Not fair, huh?
Just kidding! I really enjoyed listening to your
presentation about your family trip to Vegas
and Grand Canyon! You were so enthusiastic about
telling us about your trip that your short
presentation which you wrote on a little
piece of paper turned into a long presentation
by adding little details that you forgot to mention
on it. Congrats! I’m so proud of you!

Effort Prize (Kids): Anze Igura Teacher: Marcos

Anze has been studying English at Bilingual Center
for 10 years. He’s a very clever boy. It was
very rewarding to hear his little presentation
about his favorite sport, basketball. He tried
really hard and as his teacher, I’m proud to
say that he did a wonderful job! Congratulations, Anze! 🙂
